2023-24

Named NWCA Scholar All-American...Went 16-13 as a sophomore, competing exclusively at 157 pounds...Won two matches by pin and four by technical fall...Placed sixth at NCAA Central Region Championship with a 3-3 record...Finished third at JCU Open and fourth at season-opening Adrian Invite...Received UAA All-Academic honors.

2022-23

Went 21-15 during his first year as a Spartan, mostly competing at 149 pounds...Won 14 matches by pin and two by technical fall...Recorded first collegiate win and first pin on November 5, defeating Zachary Platte (Adrian) in 6:29...Had first career technical fall on November 19, defeating Justin Sweeney (CWRU) 16-0 in 3:45...Won six consecutive matches from December 3 to January 7...Placed fifth at 2023 UAA Championships...Went 5-1 at RIT Invite on December 3...Placed fifth at BW Invitational on November 19.

Prior to CWRU

Was four-year member of South Side High School wrestling team, serving as captain his senior year...Coached by Michael Robinson, Mike Davey, and Conor Horl...Named Team MVP as a sophomore and senior...Placed twice at sectionals, fourth as a sophomore and second as a senior...Placed third at NYS Freestyle Championships at 120 lbs. in 2021...Two-time Scholar Athlete Award winner.
