2016-17: Did not compete for the Spartans during his sophomore season.

2015-16: Finished his freshman season with a 1-11 record, with a 1-7 mark in 125-pound matches and an 0-4 mark in 133-pound bouts… Won his first career match by technical fall, defeating Rhode Island College’s Saylee Phongsamphanh 16-0 in the 125-pound consolation draw at the Will Abele Invitational.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Twinsburg High School wrestling team, serving as a captain during both his junior and seniorseasons...coached by Dave Mariola...was a state qualifier in high school...named the team's Most Valuable Player, and won the Coaches' and Dedication Awards...Named a Marine Scholar Athlete...born October 30...son of Bill and Kristen.
