2016-17: Did not compete for the Spartans during his sophomore season.

2015-16: Finished his freshman  season with a 4-8 overall record at 157-pounds… Won the first match of his collegiate career, topping RIT’s Cody Lutz by major decision, 15-6, at the RIT Invitational on December 5^th… Also earned a win by pin at the RIT Invitational against Norwich’s Robert Macdonald… Added a pair of wins at the Will Abele Invitational on January 16^th, defeating Maryland-Baltimore’s Jabari Mclain 17-12, and Mount Saint Vincent’s Vincent Lombardo 10-2.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the West Geauga High School wrestling team, serving as a team captain during his junior and senior years...coached by Joe Marino...two-time All-Conference First Team selection (2013 and 2015) and a two-time team MVP (2013 and 2014)...Sectional Champion in 2014 and 2015, District placer in 2014, and the CVC Champion in 2015...was also a pole vaulter in high school...born August 27...son of Tony and Linda.
