Biography
2012: Named team’s Female Rookie of the Year…set school indoor pole vault record with a fourth-place mark of 10’8” at the UAA Championship on February 25…also set school outdoor record at same height during a first-place performance at the VMI-W&L Carnival on March 24…matched outdoor record and finished second in the event at the Marv Frye Invitational…finished fourth in the pole vault at the UAA Outdoor Championship.
Personal: Earned three varsity letters at Southern Lehigh High School…school record-holder in the indoor and outdoor pole vault events…placed third at the Colonial League Championship as a senior…also finished fourth in the district…recipient of 2011 Coach’s Award…2010 team MVP and most improved athlete…member of the National Honor Society…AP Scholar with Distinction…daughter of Valdemar and Laura Herzog.
