Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School track and field team, where she was coached by Justin Carey...Set school record with mark of 10 feet in pole vault...Recorded career-best mark of 32.2 feet in triple jump...Placed first at county championship meet in 2022 and 2025...Also competed in gymnastics in high school.
