2015-16: Claimed her second varsity letter...posted season-best times of 25.69 in the 50 Free, 56.92 in the 100 Free and 1:03.00 in the 100 fly at the 2016 Midwest Invitational.

2014-15: Earned her first varsity letter as a Spartan during her freshman year…recorded season-best times of 25.23 in the 50 Free and 1:05.14 in the 100 Back at the Wooster Invitational…added a mark of 55.73 in the 100 Free at the UAA Championships.

Personal: Earned four varsity letters in swimming, three in track & field and one in field hockey at Herndon High School…co-captain in swimming…qualified for the 2014 Virginia State Championship Meet…swam a leg for two school record-setting relay teams (200 free relay and 400 free relay)…AP Scholar with Distinction…named to the Athletic Honor Roll all four years and received an Academic Excellence Medallion awarded to those with a 4.0 or higher GPA…daughter of Joseph and Kim Krynicki.
