Elizabeth Levy

Elizabeth Levy joined the CWRU swimming and diving coaching staff prior to the 2022-23 season.

During her first year as an assistant coach for the Spartans, five members of the women's swimming and diving team qualified for the NCAA Championships, with sophomore diver Abigail Wilkov earning two All-America honors at the meet. The women's team, which went 4-2 in dual meets, broke three school records during the campaign. The men's swimming and diving team, which also went 4-2 during the season, broke six school records and recorded 10 NCAA B cut times.

Levy came to Cleveland after spending two years coaching at the Division I level. Most recently, she was a graduate assistant coach at the University of Wyoming, where she oversaw the middle-distance and distance training groups, helped run the team Instagram account, organized travel, and assisted with recruiting. The previous year, Levy was a volunteer assistant coach at Florida State University.

She has also worked as an assistant coach with Club Seminole in Tallahassee, Florida, and served as the Head Swim Coach for Technique and Training Tune-Up Program at Charles River Aquatics in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Levy graduated from Skidmore College in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in religious studies. A two-time co-captain of the Thoroughbred swimming and diving team and school record holder in the 200-yard butterfly, Levy was a three-time Liberty League All-Academic Team selection.
