Kaleigh Piscioneri enters her fourth season on the Spartan coaching staff in 2022.

A former soccer standout at the University of Cincinnati, Piscioneri helped the CWRU women's soccer team to a record-setting year in 2019, as the team reached the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship for just the second time in program history. In 2021, Piscioneri was a member of the coaching staff that received D3Soccer.com Division III National Coaching Staff of the Year, United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Region VII Coaching Staff of the Year, and UAA Coaching Staff of the Year honors. CWRU qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship and reached the round of 16 for the first time in program history. In 2022, Piscioneri mentored junior goalkeeper Maggie Storti as she broke the program records for single-season and career wins by a goalkeeper. She was also a member of the coaching staff that completed one of the most successful seasons for a Spartan team in any sport, finishing as the national runner-up wiht a 20-1-1 overall record.  The national second place finish matches the best finish by any Case Western Reserve team in school history and is the best finish in school history for any Spartan women's team. The team set a program record for wins in a season, set the program record for longest winning streak at 13, and finished 6-0-1 in University Athletic Association play, en route to winning the first conference championship in team history. The CWRU coaching staff, including Piscioneri, were named the UAA Coaching Staff of the Year and the United Soccer Coaches Region VII Coaching Staff of the Year following the 2022 season. 

As a soccer student-athlete, Piscioneri played four seasons at Cincinnati and helped the team win the American Athletic Conference Championship and reach the NCAA Tournament in 2015. In addition, she was a Legion of Excellence honoree in 2018 (highest GPA on team) and was the Nancy Hamant Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2018-2019 (highest GPA in the athletic department).

Piscioneri earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cincinnati in 2019 as a business analytics major.
