2023 (Junior): Ran in six races for the Spartans during her junior year, finishing among the team’s top seven runners each time and among the team’s top five runners on five occasions… Recorded her career-best 6K time of 22:32.6 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, crossing the finish line 66th overall and fourth among Spartan runners… Was also the team’s fourth finisher at the UAA Championship, placing 51st overall… Earned UAA All-Academic honors and USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Sophomore): Competed in four races for the Spartans during her sophomore season… Ran a career-best 6K time of 25:07.9 at the Mike Woods Invitational, placing 11th among CWRU finishers and 108th overall… Was fourth among Spartans and 67th overall in the open race at the Inter-Regional Rumble, crossing the finish line in a time of 26:14.0… Added a fifth-place finish (second among CWRU runners) at the Wooster Twilight with a 5K time of 19:40.5 (on a track), and was 159th overall, 46th among DIII runners, and sixth among CWRU finishers at the All-Ohio Twilight with a 5K time of 20:54.4… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Prior to CWRU: Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Strongsville High School, serving as a captain during her junior and senior years... Was a two-time all-conference honoree... Qualified individually for the regional championships as a sophomore and senior, and helped lead her team to qualify for regionals as a first-year and a junior... Was also a member of the 4x800m relay team that qualified for regionals in 2021... Recorded career-best times of 19:36 in the 5K for cross country, and 64.0 seconds in the 400m dash, 2:23 in the 800m run, and 5:27 in the 1600m run for track... Graduated Summa Cum Laude and in the top 5% of her class... Was a four-year scholar-athlete... Also played basketball.
