2023 (Senior): Competed in five races for the Spartans during her senior year… Recorded a season-best 6K time of 24:41.2 at the Mike Woods Invitational… Was the team’s sixth finisher and placed 66^th overall at the UAA Championship… Earned UAA All-Academic honors… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Junior): Competed in five races for the Spartans during her junior season… Was the fourth Spartan to cross the finish line at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship, placing 81^st overall and recording a career-best 6K time of 23:16.5… Placed 64^th overall and was the eighth Spartan finisher at the UAA Championship with a time of 24:29.1… Finished 91^st overall and ninth among Spartans at the Inter-Regional Rumble (24:18.0), 74^th overall and eighth among Spartans at the Mike Woods Invitational (24:26.8), and 145^th overall, 41^st among DIII runners, and fifth among Spartans in the 5K at the All-Ohio Twilight with a time of 20:37.9… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2021 (Sophomore): Emerged as one of the team’s top runners as the season went on… Was the fifth Spartan to cross the finish line at the NCAA Championships, placing 252^nd overall… Recorded the best 6K time of her career at the Great Lakes Regionals with a mark of 23:23.1, good for a 53^rd-place finish and fifth among CWRU competitors… Was also fifth among CWRU runners at the UAA Championships, placing 43^rd in the field… Added a 31^st-place finish in the open race at the All-Ohio Championships, a 100^th-place finish at the Mike Woods Invitational, and a 101^st-place finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2021.

Personal: Came to CWRU after transferring from Bowdoin College, where she did not compete for the cross country/ track & field teams... Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at St. Francis Xavier High School, serving as a team captain during her senior year... Coached by Scott Doering, Andy VandeHey, Richard Adams and Nicole Ebben... Helped lead her team to a second-place finish at the 2018 WIAA Track & Field State Meet... Earned All-State track & field honors in 2018... Named the team's Most Valuable Distance Athlete in 2018 and 2019 and the Rookie of the Year in 2017... Earned the Most Outstanding Female Student-Athlete Award in 2020... Recorded career-best times of 19:47 in the 5K for cross country, and 2:20.18 in the 800m run for track... Was a member of the school-record setting 1600m relay team (3:58.60)... Three-time Academic All-State for Cross Country... Member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society...
