2023 (Senior): Received USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors for the second-straight season after placing 33^rd overall and second among Spartans in the race… Recorded a career-best 6K time of 21:50.5 at the regional championship… Was among the team’s top-three finishers in all six races she competed in during the year… Placed 26^th overall and second among Spartans at the UAA Championship… Placed 31^st overall and ninth among Division III finishers at the All-Ohio meet … Earned UAA All-Academic honors and USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Junior): Earned All-Region honors for the first time in her career… Was the first Spartan to cross the finish line at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship, placing 34^th overall and recording a career-best 6K time of 22:21.6… Was among the top-four Spartans to cross the finish line in each of the five races she competed in… Crossed the finish line 29^th overall and third among CWRU competitors at the UAA Championship with a time of 23:11.5… Was also 55^th overall and fourth among CWRU runners at the Inter-Regional Rumble (23:34.9), 29^th overall and third among Spartans at the Mike Woods Invitational (23:33.4), and 120^th overall and fourth among CWRU runners at the Spartan Invite (24:25.37)… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Inducted into the Van Horn Society… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2020 (First-year): Team did not compete in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Saint Charles East High School cross country and track & field teams, serving as a team captain in 2019 and 2020... Coached by Bradley Kaplan... Recorded career-best times of 2:23 in the 800m run, 5:25 in the 1,600m run, and 18:46 in the three-mile run... Was a four-time academic all-conference selection... Two-time winner of the Wirth Gustafson award... Was an Illinois State Scholar... Born June 28... Daughter of Jay and Jackie... Her father competed in cross country and track at North Central College.
