2024 (Junior)

Competed in five races for the Spartans during her junior season… Was the team’s eighth finisher at the UAA Championship on November 2, placing 70^th overall in a time of 24:56.9… Recorded a season-best 6K time at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in a mark of 23:57.5 and placing 109^th… Was the 23^rd Division III finisher and fourth among Spartan runners at the All-Ohio Invitational on September 20… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Sophomore)

Competed in seven races during her sophomore season… Was among the team’s top-seven finishers in each of her final four races of the year… Recorded a career-best 6K time of 23:26.1 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, crossing the finish line 116^th overall and seventh among Spartans… Was the team’s fifth finisher at the UAA Championships, placing 57^th overall… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (First-year)

Competed in five races for the Spartans during the 2022 season… Recorded a season-best 6K time of 24:08.9 at the Inter-Regional Rumble on October 15, placing 86^th overall and eighth among CWRU runners… Was the ninth Spartan to cross the finish line at the UAA Championship, finishing 70^th overall with a time of 25:04.4… Notched a 6K time of 25:18.1 at the Mike Woods Invitational, finishing 116^th overall… Also finished 13^th overall and seventh among CWRU runners at the Sudeck Classic 4K with a time of 16:09.9 and 84^th overall, 24^th among DIII runners, and fourth among CWRU runners with a 5K time of 19:31.1 at the All-Ohio Twilight… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at the Academy of the Holy Cross High School... Earned first-team all-conference honors and was a D.C. Metropolitan Area honorable mention... Named the cross country team's Most Valuable Runner as a freshman... Recorded a school cross country 5K record time of 18:58... Also notched a time of 11:34 in the 3200-meter run... Was her high school's valedictorian... An AP Scholar with honors... Member of the National Honors and National Science Honors Societies... Also swam and competed in triathlons in high school.
