Appeared in a team-high 15 games out of the bullpen during his first season with the team, going 3-2 with a 3.90 ERA and one save… Struck out 35 batters and walked 17 over 32.1 innings of work… Allowed 26 hits for a .226 opponents’ batting average… Held opponents to a .193 average (11-57) with the bases empty… Pitched in six UAA games, going 1-1 with an 8.25 ERA and a .311 opponents’ average… Did not allow an earned run in his first five outings of the season and held opposing teams scoreless in nine of his appearances… Allowed one or fewer earned runs on 11 occasions… Struck out the side against Heidelberg during a perfect inning in his college debut on February 23… Earned the first win of his career with 1.1 hitless innings against Spalding, striking out a pair… Secured a win in relief against John Carroll on March 23, giving up just two hits and two walks with five strikeouts over four scoreless innings… Pitched five shutout innings in relief against Chicago on April 11, earning a win with just three hits allowed and a career-best seven strikeouts… Went on to secure UAA Pitcher of the Week honors for the effort against the Maroons… Was named the UAA Pitcher of the Week again on May 5 after pitching two scoreless innings in relief against Baldwin Wallace on April 29 and recording the first save of his career with three innings of scoreless, one-hit baseball against John Carroll on May 4.

Was a four-year member of the St. Stephens and St. Agnes School baseball team, serving as a captain during his senior year… Coached by Jim Supple… Helped his team reach the state tournament in 2022 and 2023 and to the conference championship in 2023… Was an all-state second-team honoree and a two-time all-conference first-team selection… Graduated magna cum laude.
