Career: First student-athlete in school history to earn Capital One Academic All-America® and D3Baseball.com All-America honors in the same season…career .351 hitter with six homeruns, 113 RBI and 36 doubles…ranked fourth in school history in hits (194), fifth in games played (163), sixth in RBI and tied for seventh in doubles…All-UAA…three-time UAA All-Academic.

2014: Started all 46 games at shortstop…batted .363 with five homers, 18 doubles and 58 RBI…ranked second in the UAA and tied for seventh in the nation in RBI with the second highest single-season total in program history…selected to Capital One Academic All-America® Second Team and as D3Baseball.com All-America Honorable Mention, becoming the first student-athlete in school history to earn both honors in the same season…named to All-UAA First Team, D3Baseball.com All-Mideast Region Second Team and ABCA/Rawlings All-Mideast Region Third Team…two-time UAA Hitter of the Week on April 7 and April 21…earned UAA All-Academic honors for third season in a row…collected a career-high five hits in game one of a doubleheader at Oberlin on April 17…finished DH 8-for-11 with two doubles, a triple and seven RBI…belted a career-best two homeruns at Guilford on February 23…posted five RBI in a game twice and scored three runs three times…drove in at least three runs in a game nine times…hit safely in 41-of-46 games with a streak of 25 games from April 5 to May 18...qualified for UAA Presidents Council Scholar-Athlete Team.

2013: Played in 41-of-43 games with 40 starts combined at second and third base…named UAA All-Academic for a second straight season…batted .317 for the season and ranked fifth on the team in hits (46) and RBI (22)…collected three hits in a game four times…matched a career high with three walks in NCAA Midwest Regional opener at Wisconsin-Whitewater on May 15…posted a season-best three RBI in game one of a doubleheader versus DePauw on April 21.

2012: Played in 38 games with a combined 35 starts at second and third base…named UAA All-Academic…batted .319 with six doubles, 13 RBI, 18 walks, a stolen base and 15 runs scored…tied for second on the squad in walks…posted season highs of four hits (4-for-5) and three RBI versus Wabash on April 7…hit the game-winning sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth inning versus Muskingum at Progressive Field on April 19.

2011: Played in 38 games and earned 19 starts as a freshman, playing at both second and third base…named team’s Rookie of the Year…totaled 38 hits in 90 at-bats for a .422 batting average…hit first career homerun at Wooster on April 17 and totaled 20 RBI for the season…posted back-to-back four-hit games versus Muskingum on April 10 and John Carroll on April 12…totaled season-high three RBI twice.

Personal: Three-year letterwinner at nearby Mentor High School…first-team All-Lake Erie League selection as a senior…team’s Most Valuable Hitter for three seasons…son of Rich and Lori Frey.
