Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Parkland High School cross country and track & field teams... Coached by Stephen Ott and Doug Finley... Helped lead his team to cross country and track conference championships in 2022 and 2023... Was a part of the Conference Champion 4x800-meter relay team in 2022 and 2023... Set school records in the 800-meter run and 4x400-meter run during the indoor season... Had top indoor times of 56.01 in the 400-meter dash and 2:00.16 in the 800-meter run, and top outdoor times of 52.71 in the 400-meter dash and 1:57.85 in the 800-meter run.
