Prior to CWRU

Came to CWRU after competing at Carleton College as a first-year runner… Placed 44th at the MIAC Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:41.8 in the 8K race… Finished 27th in the 5,000m run at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (16:32.87) and fourth as a part of the 4x800m relay… Had season-best times of 2:03.66 in the 800m run, 4:08.50 in the 1,500m run, and 15:46.82 in the 5,000m run… Was a four-year member of the Dublin Jerome High School cross country and track & field teams, serving as a captain of the cross country team as a senior… Coached by David Stroh and David Wadenstierna… Helped his team win the cross country district championship in 2024… Won the 3,200m run at his conference’s championship meet in 2024… Recorded career-best times of 16:14 in the cross country 5K, 9:40 in the 3,200m run, and 4:28 in the 1,600m run… Graduated summa cum laude… Was a National Merit Semifinalist… Named to the Academic All-Ohio team in 2022.
