Personal: Was a four-year member of the Northern Valley Regional High School track and field team, serving as team co-captain during his senior year...First Team All New Jersey in the Javelin and First Team All Bergen County in the Javelin in 2016...also competed at the 2016 New Balance Outdoor Nationals...officer of the Naional Honor Society and honor roll student in high school...also competed in swimming and cross country in high school...born April 14...son of Gregory and Diane Holden.
