Swam season-best times in the 500 Free (4:43.54), 1000 Free (9:48.23), and 1650 Free (16:16.84) at the UAA Championships...Recorded season-best time of 1:46.06 in the 200 Free at the Total Performance Invite...Added season-best time in the 50 Free of 23.82 at the Oberlin Invite...Contributed season-best time of 4:35.11 in the 400 IM vs. Ohio Wesleyan.

2022-23

Recorded season-best times in the 500 Free (4:44.25), 1000 Free (9:51.06), and 1650 Free (16:17.70) at the 2023 Midwest Invite...Swam season-best time of 1:47.03 in the 200 Free at the 2022 Magnus Cup Invite.

2021-22

Recorded an NCAA 'B' cut time and season best in the 1650 Free (15:47.83) at the Magnus Cup...also second best time on the team...Set season-bests in the 200 Free (1:47.02) and 500 Free (4:40.50) at the 2022 UAA Championships.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Hawken School swimming and diving team, serving as the squad's captain during his senior year...was coached by Tim Hable...placed third at States in the 500 Free during his senior year...won the 400 Free Relay at States as a senior...winner of the Old Board Award as a senior...was a National Merit Semifinalist...also competed for the Lake Erie Silver Dolphins, where he was coached by Tim Hable and Adam Katz.

Personal

Born February 1...son of Christopher and Jennifer Butler...his sister, Erin, is a member of the CWRU swimming and diving team (class of 2027).
