Personal: Was a three-year member of the East Ridge High School swimming and diving team...was an All-Conference swimmer and an All-Conference student-athlete...graduated Summa Cum Laude...was an AP Scholar with Distinction...also competed for the Saint Croix Swim Club, where he was coached by Olga Espinosa...born May 21...son of Juila and Carsten Heide.
