Morgan Gougler (Srail) was named the Diving Coach for Case Western Reserve University in the fall of 2019.

During the 2021-22 season, Gougler mentored the first diver in CWRU history to earn First Team All-America honors when Abigail Wilkov placed seventh in the three-meter dive at the 2022 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships.

Gougler also is the owner of the NEO Diving Academy, which is a competitive and fun diving team committed to skill development, character building, and safety. The team is designed for diving development for all ages.

In addition, Gougler also currently serves as the diving coach for the Beachwood Bison Diving Club, Beachwood High School, and the Orange Rec Center.

While attending Ohio University, Gougler was the MAC Champion in the three-meter dive during the 2014 season.
