2023-24: Recorded season-best times in the 100 Free (50.28) and the 100 Fly (55.58) at the Total Performance Invite...Swam season-best time of 56.36 in the 100 Back at the Midwest Invite.

Prior to CWRU: Was a four-year member of the Worthington Kilbourne High School swimming and diving team, serving as captain his junior and senior years...Coached by Keeler Callahan...Swam career best times of 49.87 seconds in the 100 Free, 55.52 seconds in the 100 Back, and 54.42 seconds in the 100 Fly as a senior...Graduated with Honors...Received 10 student athlete awards...Also played water polo for four years and was a two-year member of the track and field team in high school.

Personal: Born October 16...Son of Thomas and Kristin Richner. His mother, Kristin, and father, Thomas, swam at Denison from 1993-97. They are both inducted into the Denison Varsity D Association Hall of Fame, combining for 46 All-America honors. His sister, Lauren, currently swims at Denison (class of 2025).
