Prior to CWRU: Was a four-year member of the Jenks High School swimming and diving team, serving as the squad's captain during his senior year...was coached by John Turner, Diego Henao, Ali Baker and Morgan Patrick...also competed for the Jenks Trojan Swim Club, where he was coached by Diego Henao.
