2015-16: Posted a season-best time in the 50 Free (22.66) at the 2016 UAA Swimming and Diving Championships...swam season-best times of 1:01.86 in the 100 Breast and 2:19.37 in the 200 Breast at the College of Wooster Invitational.
2014-15: Recorded career-best times of 22.30 in the 50 Free and 1:00.93 in the 100 Breast at the Wooster Invitational...posted season-best time of 2:19.24 in the 200 Breast at the Wooster Invitational.
2013-14: Missed entire season due to injury.
2012-13: Earned first varsity letter as a freshman.
Personal: Earned four varsity letters at Clinton High School…named to Iowa Swim Coaches Association All-State Academic Team...three-time district qualifier and a state qualifier in the 100 butterfly…also a state qualifier in the 400 free relay…graduated with the CHS records in the 200 free relay, 400 free relay, 200 medley relay and 100 butterfly…president of National Honor Society…four-year student council member and two-time president…recipient of Principal’s Leadership Award and American Bar Association National Citizenship Award…member of Quad-City Times Scholastic Team in humanities…son of Steve and Lisa Howes.
