2024 (First-year)

Ran in four races for the Spartans during his first year of collegiate competition… Recorded his best 8K time of the season at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 27:36.6… Placed eighth overall and fourth among Spartans at the Wooster Twilight, recording a time of 16:05.0 in the 5K race… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Competed for the Amherst Regional High School cross country team for two seasons… Received the Pioneer Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference All-League Award for cross country in 2023… Recorded a career-best 5K time of 16:43… Won the Hollis Moore Memorial Award… Also competed in Nordic skiing.

Born April 28… The son of Nat and Liz… His father ran cross country for Amherst from 1981-83.
