2024 (Senior)

Competed in five races during his senior year… Recorded his season-best 8K time at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 27:40.3… Was the team’s third finisher and placed seventh overall at the Wooster Twilight, finishing the 5K race in a time of 16:00.3… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Junior)

Competed in four races for the Spartans during his junior year… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 26:47.2 at the Mike Woods Invitational, finishing 189^th overall and 12^th among Spartans… Earned UAA All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Sophomore)

Competed in four races for the Spartans during his sophomore season… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 28:04.4 at the All-Ohio Twilight, placing 220^th overall, 72^nd among Division III runners, and ninth among Spartan finishers… Was the 11^th Spartan to cross the finish line and 158^th overall in the open race at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Placed 25^th overall and 14^th on the team at the Sudeck Classic with a 6K time of 22:01.2, and was 17^th overall and third among Spartans at the Wooster Twilight, running a 5K time of 16:50.0 on the track… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2021 (First-year)

Personal

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Thomas Worthington High School, serving as a captain of both teams as a senior... Coached by William Darling and Mallory Tecklenburg... Placed 11th in the 4x800m Relay at the 2021 Outdoor State Championships and 16th in the event at the 2020 Indoor Championships... Received the 2021 Ken McBrayer Award for Leadership and Perseverance... Recorded career-best times of 17:21 in the 5K for cross country, and 2:02 in the 800m run, and 4:45 in the 1600m run for track... Helped his team qualify for the state cross country championships in 2019... Was a track qualifier for the 4x800m relay in 2020 and 2021... Winner of the 2021 Jefferson Award... Was a National Merit Scholar Finalist and an AP Scholar with Distinction... Born December 6... The son of Steve and Patricia.. His father ran track for Ball State... His sister, Christina, competed in track and cross country for Miami (Ohio).
