2021 (Senior): Was the Spartans’ top finisher at the NCAA Championships, narrowly missing out on All-America honors with a 45^th-place finish… Recorded a program-record 8K time of 24:25.7 at the NCAA Championships… Was also the team’s top finisher at the NCAA Regionals, finishing third in the field with a time of 24:42.7 to claim All-Region honors… Claimed All-UAA First Team honors with a seventh-place finish at the UAA Championships… Competed in all seven of the team’s races during the year… Was the third overall finisher at the Sudeck Classic… Added a 19^th-place finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble, a 13^th-place finish at the Mike Woods Invitational and a 48^th-place finish overall and 15^th among Division III competitors at the All-Ohio Championships… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2021.

2020 (Senior): Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team... Team did not compete in 2020 due to the pandemic.

2019 (Junior): Earned all-region honors after placing fourth at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 24:08.3 at the meet… Named to the All-UAA First Team after placing fifth at the conference championships with a time of 25:06.7… Became just the 15^th All-UAA First Team honoree in the program’s history… Finished first out of 342 runners at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Placed sixth among Division III competitors and 15^th overall at the All-Ohio Championships, earning UAA Athlete of the Week honors for the effort… Was the team’s top finisher in five of the six races he competed in during his junior season… USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic honoree… Received UAA Fall All-Academic recognition.

2018 (Sophomore): Was the Spartans top finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships, the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships and the UAA Championships… Was among the team’s top-seven finishers in each of the team’s seven races during the season, and among the top-two in each of the final five… Finished 64^th out of the field of 280 at the NCAA Championships, crossing the finish line in a season-best time of 25:21.1… Earned all-region honors with a 13^th-place finish at the Great Lakes Championship, and claimed a spot on the All-UAA Second Team after placing 14^th in the conference championship meet… Was the seventh overall finisher at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Finished 11^th among Division III competitors at the All-Ohio Championships… Received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors… Earned UAA Fall All-Academic recognition.

Personal: Transferred to CWRU from Washington & Jefferson, where he competed on the cross country and track & field teams for one season... Was a two-time PAC Rookie of the Week... Was the team's third finisher at the NCAA Cross Country Regionals, placing 63rd overall in the race... Recorded a pair of fourth-place finishes at the 2018 PAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000m and 5,000m runs... Was a four-year member of the track and cross country teams at Seneca Valley High School, serving as the team captain his senior year... Coached by Steve Strelick... Was the track team's Most Valuable Performer in 2017... Was an All-WPIAL Cross Country finisher in 2017...
