2024 (Junior)

Did not compete for the cross country team during his junior season.

2023 (Sophomore)

Competed in six of the team’s seven races during his sophomore season… Ran his career-best 8K time of 25:59.9 at the Mike Woods Invitational on October 28, placing 132^nd overall… Was the fifth CWRU runner to cross the finish line at both the All-Ohio meet on September 15 and the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational on September 29… Placed 59^th overall and eighth among Spartan finishers at the UAA Championship on October 28 with a time of 27:18.6... 2022 (First-Year)

Competed in four races for the Spartans during the 2022 season… Notched his season-best 8K time at the All-Ohio Twilight, where he crossed the finish line in a mark of 27:04.4 to place 140^th overall, 38^th among DIII finishers, and sixth among Spartans… Added an 85^th-place finish overall and seventh among CWRU runners in the open race at the Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 28:10.9 and was 224^th overall and 13^th among Spartans at the Mike Woods Invite with a time of 29:08.6… Finished the Sudeck Classic 6K in a time of 20:53.8 to finish 20^th overall and 10^th among CWRU runners in his collegiate debut… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Evanston Township High School cross country and track & field teams... Served as a captain his senior year... Coached by Don Michelin Jr. and Gedion Yitref... Helped his team to a second-place finish in the conference during the 2021 cross country season... Earned all-conference honors for cross country in 2021 and for track in 2022... Winner of the Matt Marol Commitment Award in 2020... Recorded top times of 16:04 in the three-mile run in cross country and 9:54 in the two-mile run during indoor track... Named to the High Honor Roll and winner of the Outstanding Achievement in Math Award.
