2024 (Sophomore)

Competed in six races for the Spartans as a sophomore, placing among the top seven runners on the team in all but one… Was the team’s seventh finisher at the UAA Championship, placing 48^th overall and recording a season-best 8K time of 25:56.7… Was also the seventh Spartan to cross the finish line at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, placing 72^nd overall… Placed 90^th overall and was the fifth CWRU runner at the Mike Woods Invitational… Placed 88^th overall, 30^th among Division III competitors, and sixth among Spartans at the All-Ohio Invitational… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (First-year)

Competed in all seven of the team’s races during his first year with the Spartans, finishing among the team’s top-eight runners at each competition and among the top-seven in each of the last five… Recorded his season-best 8K time at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship with a mark of 25:09.1, placing 70^th overall and sixth among Spartans… Was also the team’s sixth finisher at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational (25^th overall) and the Mike Woods Invitational (89^th overall)… Was the seventh Spartan finisher and placed 48^th overall at the UAA Championship… Earned USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim... Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Archbishop Carroll High School cross country and track & field teams, serving as a co-captain during his senior year... Coached by Mike Triola and John Agnew... Helped his cross country team finish as the state runner-up in 2022... Placed third in the state in the indoor 4x800m relay and fifth in the outdoor 4x800m relay in 2023... Was a four-time state qualifier for cross country... Placed fourth in the state in the 800-meter run during the 2023 outdoor championships... Recorded career-best times of 16:14.1 in the 5K for cross country, and 1:54.79 in the 800-meter run and 51.25 in the 400-meter run during the track season... Was his school's valedictorian... Was a 2022 Melvin Scholar for Independent Scientific Research... Was a 2022 National Merit Commended Scholar and an AP Scholar with Distinction... Winner of the Future Physician Award in 2022.

Born October 5... Son of Vijai and Sheila... Selected for the Pre-Professional Scholars Program in Medicine at CWRU... Has played the piano for 13 years.
