2022 (Senior): Earned All-Region honors for the third time in his career with a  10^th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lake Region Championship… Crossed the finish line in a season-best 8K time of 24:34.8, the third-best mark among Spartan runners at the meet… Competed at the NCAA Championship for the third time in his Spartan career, finishing 221^st overall and fourth on the team… Was the third Spartan to cross the finish line at the UAA Championship, finishing 21^st overall with a time of 25:28.2… Led all CWRU runners at the Spartan Invitational, placing 35^th overall in a time of 25:32.43… Added 8K times of 25:08.3 at the Mike Woods Invitational to place seventh overall and third on the team, and 25:06.6 at the Inter-Regional Rumble to finish fourth overall and second on the team… Inducted into the Van Horn Society… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2021 (Junior): Earned All-Region honors for the second time in his career with a 20^th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Championships… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:07.4 at the NCAA Championships, and was the third Spartan to cross the finish line at the meet, placing 158^th overall… Was also the third Spartan to finish at the UAA Championships, finishing in 34th place… Competed in all seven races for the Spartans during the year… Added a sixth-place finish at the Sudeck Classic, a 123^rd-place finish overall and 43^rd among Division III runners at the All-Ohio Championships, a 69^th-place finish at the Mike Woods Invitational, and a 46^th-place finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2021.

2020 (Sophomore): Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors... Team did not compete in 2020 due to the pandemic.

2019 (First-year): Earned all-region honors during the 2019 season after placing 14^th at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships… Was the team’s second finisher at the meet, and crossed the finish line in a season-best 8K time of 24:31.5… Was the team’s third finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships and placed 161^st overall… Placed 40^th at the UAA Championships, and was sixth among Spartan finishers… Began his career by placing fourth in the field and second on the team at the Sudeck Classic Stampede… Was the team’s fourth finisher and placed 42^nd overall at the Knight Invite… USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic honoree.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Mundelein High School, serving as a team captain during his senior year... Coached by Kurt Rutz... Qualified for the IHSA Cross Country State Championships in 2017 and 2018... Was also a state qualifier in the 4x800m Relay in 2017... Recorded career-best times of 14:53.2 in the three-mile run during the cross country season, and track and field top times of 1:59.8 in the 800m run, 4:27.2 in the 1,600m run, and 9:36.3 in the 3,200m run... Winner of the Scholar-Athlete Award in 2019 and secured a spot on the high honor roll each semester of his high school career... Born September 17... Son of Bob and Lisa.
