2024 (Senior)

Ran in four races for the Spartans during his senior year… Placed third overall and second among Spartans at the Bill Sudeck Invitational… Was the team’s ninth finisher at the UAA Championship, placing 58^th overall in a time of 26:08.5… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Junior)

Was among the team’s top-seven finishers in all seven of its races during his junior season… Placed 47^th overall and fifth among CWRU finishers at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship with a career-best 8K time of 24:56.3… Was the team’s fourth finisher and placed 16^th overall at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational on September 29… Also scored for the Spartans at the Mike Woods Invitational, placing 78^th overall and fifth among CWRU runners with a time of 25:27.5… Placed 41^st overall and sixth among Spartans at the UAA Championship… Earned UAA All-Academic honors and USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2021 (First-year)

Personal

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field, serving as a cross country team captain during his junior and senior seasons, and as the track captain during his senior year... Coached by Beth Huffman, Steve Stahl, and Anne Laux-Manby... Was an all-conference first-team selection for cross country his junior and senior seasons, and secured all-conference honors as a sophomore and senior in the 3200m run for track... Won the conference championship as a part of the 4x800m relay... Named his team's Most Valuable Runner for cross country his junior and senior years and for track as a senior... Recipient of the Triple Impact Award for cross country as a sophomore and for track as a senior... Notched career-best times of 4:23 in the 1600m run, 9:38 in the 3200m run, and 16:38 in the 5K... Helped lead his team to cross country conference championships in 2017 and 2020 and track championships each season from 2018-21... Graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the recipient of OCLRE's Outstanding Attorney Award... Born October 8... The son of Ahyodha and Maureen.
