2025 (First-year)

Competed in five races for the Spartans in 2025… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:38.9 at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Was the fifth Spartan to cross the finish line and placed sixth overall at the Wooster Twilight 5K… Ended the year ranked 2,541^st among 5,148 total DIII runners in the XCRI… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Bishop Stang cross country and track & field teams, serving as a captain during his junior and senior seasons… Coached by Julie Isaksen… Helped his cross country team win the state championship in 2021 and place second in 2022… Recorded second individually at the 2024 cross country state championship… Notched a third-place finish in the state in the outdoor mile and a third-place finish in the two-mile run in 2024… Was an 11-time conference champion and set the conference record as a part of the 4x800m relay team… Named the 2023 and 2024 Standard Times Runner of the Year… Recorded top times of 15:55 in the 5K during cross country season, 4:29 in the mile, and 9:49 in the two mile… Was a school-record holder in the cross country 5K, the indoor 1,500m run, two-mile run, and 4x800m relay, and the outdoor mile and two-mile run… Recipient of the Carlin F. Lynch Award… Received a gold medal on the National Latin Exam… Recipient of the Mattapoisett Land Trust Blanche B. Perry Scholarship.
