2024 (Junior)

Ran in four races during his junior season… Was the team’s fourth finisher and placed 28^th overall at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational… Recorded the fastest 8K time of his career at the Mike Woods Invitational with a mark of 26:47.5, placing 157^th overall and 10^th among Spartans… Placed 70^th overall and 10^th among Spartans at the UAA Championship… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Edina High School, serving as a cross country captain during his senior year... Coached by Jamie Kirkpatrick and Matt Gabrielson... Helped his team qualify for the state meet in 2019, 2020, and 2021... Led the squad to a second-place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational in 2019... Was a two-time all-conference honoree and a three-time all-section honoree for cross country... Named his team's most valuable runner as a junior... Recorded top times of 16:25 in the 5K and 4:37 in the 1,600-meter run... Graduated with honors.

Born July 1... Son of Kai and Zenaida... Father ran cross country for Dartmouth from 1991-95... Sister competes in nordic skiing for Bowdoin.
