2022 (Sophomore): Competed in three races during his sophomore season… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 28:11.8 in the open race at the Inter-Regional Rumble, crossing the finish line 86^th overall and eighth among Spartans… Was 248^th overall, 86^th among DIII runners, and 11^th among Spartans at the All-Ohio Twilight with a time of 28:20.5, and 23^rd overall and 12^th among Spartans at the Sudeck Classic with a 6K time of 21:48.6… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Bergen County Technical High School, serving as a captain during his senior year... Coached by Mr. Cevoli and Mr. Chomin... Earned first-team all-league honors for track in 2019... Was a part of the school-record 4x800m relay team, and ran the 800m leg for his team's sprint medley relay at the 2019 New Balance Nationals... Recorded career-best times of 16:53 in the 5K for cross country, and times of 1:59.08 in the 800m run and 4:40 in the 1600m run during track season... Born December 25... The son of John and Micaela.
