2024 (Junior)

Competed in four races for the Spartans during his junior year… Recorded his best 8K time of the season at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 29:08.6… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Sophomore)

Competed in five races for the Spartans during his sophomore season… Ran a season-best time of 28:20.9 at the All-Ohio meet on September 15, placing 236^th overall and 115^th among Division III runners… Earned UAA All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (First-Year)

Competed in four meets for the Spartans during the 2022 season… Made his collegiate debut at the Sudeck Classic, running a 6K time of 20:39.2 and placing 17^th overall and seventh among CWRU runners… Ran a career-best 8K time of 26:59.8 at the All-Ohio Twilight, finishing 135^th overall, 35^th among DIII competitors, and fifth among Spartans… Also placed 153^rd overall and 12^th among CWRU runners at the Mike Woods Invitational (27:43.3) and 56^th overall and fifth among Spartans in the open race at the Inter-Regional Rumble (27:44.0)… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Saint Ignatius High School... Coached by Michael 'Doc' Gallagher, Bob Wolf, and Chuck Kyle... Helped lead his team to a district championship and to a fifth-place finish in the state in 2021... Named his team's most improved runner as a senior... Placed sixth in the district for cross country, 27th in the region, and 75th in the state... Recorded career-best times of 16:23 in the cross country 5K and 4:35 in the 1,600-meter run during track & field season.

Personal

Born March 1... Son of Dan and Joanne... His father ran cross country at Mercyhurst from 1987-91... His sister, Emma, ran cross country at Kenyon from 2018-22.
