2022 (Senior): Competed in three races for the Spartans during his senior season… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 28:22.5 at the Inter-Regional Rumble, placing 101^st overall and 10^th among Spartans in the open race… Also placed 315^th overall, 121^st among DIII runners, and 12^th among Spartans at the All-Ohio Twilight (29:17.5) and 24^th overall and 13^th among Spartans at the Sudeck Classic with a 6K time of 21:55.9… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2019 (Sophomore): Competed in four races for the Spartans during his sophomore season… Was the team’s third finisher and placed 25^th overall at the Allegheny XC Classic… Notched a season-best 8K time of 27:42.3 at the Inter-Regional Rumble.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Mayfield High School track and field team...was coached by Steve Canfield...WRC Scholar-Athlete and All-Conference WRC 3200 in 2017...member of the National Honor Society and was a National Hispanic Scholar...was an AP Scholar with Distinction...also competed in swimming...born February 24...son of John Browngardt and Ivette Tam.
