2024 (Sophomore)

Competed in four races during his sophomore season… Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:28.4 at the Mike Woods Invitational… Was 10^th among CWRU runners and 90^th overall at the Grizzly Invitational… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Competed in five races during his first season with CWRU… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:08.3 at the Mike Woods Invitational, placing 208^th overall and 15^th among CWRU competitors… Was the Spartans’ ninth finisher at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational, placing 59^th overall… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Highland Park High School cross country and track & field teams... Coached by Steve Buti and Michael Czajkowski... Helped lead his team to the CSL North Cross Country Championship in 2023... Earned all-conference honors in 2021... Also wrestled in high school.
