2020 (Junior): Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors... Team did not compete in 2020 due to the pandemic.
2019 (Sophomore): Competed in seven races for the Spartans during his sophomore season… Was among the team’s top-seven finishers on three occasions… Placed 267th overall and seventh among CWRU finishers at the NCAA Championships… Was the team’s eighth finisher and placed 53rd overall at the UAA Championships… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:10.7 at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Was the team’s seventh finisher and placed 23rd among DIII runners and 73rd overall at the All-Ohio Championships.

Personal: Came to CWRU after competing for Ohio Northern for his freshman season... Finished 52nd out of 138 runners at the OAC Championships... Competed in five varsity races as a freshman and was among the team's top-seven finishers at three meets... Posted a career-best time of 26:58 at the Jenna Strong Invitational... Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Medina High School, serving as a team captain during both his junior and senior seasons... Coached by Milt Place... Was a two-time qualifier for the OHSAA Cross Country State meet... Helped his team to a third-place finish in the state in 2017... Recorded career-best times of 16:40 in the 5K, 10:01 in the 3,200m run and 4:34 in the 1,600m run in high school... National Honor Society member... Born March 21... Son of David and Michelle...
