Was a key contributor to the Spartans’ lineup during his sophomore season, finishing among the team’s top three runners in each of the five 8K races he competed in… Missed all-region honors by one spot with a 36th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship… Was 40th overall at the UAA Championship… Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:49.1 at the Pre-National Meet, placing 31st overall… Was the team’s second finisher at the Inter-Regional Rumble, finishing 13th overall… Ended the year ranked 379th among 5,148 total DIII runners in the XCRI… Received UAA Fall All-Academic Honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Immediately became one of the top competitors on the team during his first season of collegiate competition, racing at five meets and placing among the team’s top-four finishers at each… Narrowly missed out on all-region acclaim with a 36th-place finish (fourth among Spartans) at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship… Recorded his best 8K time of the season at the UAA Championship with a mark of 25:40.6, placing 36th overall and fourth among CWRU runners… Was the team’s third finisher at the All-Ohio Invitational, Ohio Wesleyan Invitational, and Mike Woods Invitational… Placed 30th overall and ninth among DIII runners at the All-Ohio Invitational… Was 12th overall at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.
Prior to CWRU
Was a four-year member of the Saint Edward High School cross country and track and field teams, serving as a team captain during his junior and senior years… Coached by Nathan Brannen… Named his team’s Most Valuable Performer in 2023… Was a D1 OHSAA Regional qualifier for both cross country and track & field as a senior… Was part of his school’s regional-qualifying 4x800m relay… Recorded career-best times of 4:27 in the mile and 2:00 in the 800m run… Winner of the 2023 Harvard Book Award and was a recipient of the Ohio Governor Scholar Award… Earned high honors all four years of high school… Also played basketball.
