Former Case Western Reserve University standout wide receiver Giuseppe Orsini will be entering his third season as the Spartans' wide receiver coach in 2022. 

Orsini initially joined the Spartans' staff in the Spring of 2019 as a student-coach, before being named the wide receivers coach prior to the 2020-21 academic year. During his two seasons with the team, he has helped develop the team's receiving corps, including All-American Colt Morgan. In addition, he has assisted in developing the team's current strength and conditioning program.

Orsini was a five-year member of the CWRU football team, overcoming various injuries over his career to finish his time as a Spartan with 16 receptions for 258 yards and three touchdowns. After missing most of the early portion of his career due to injury, his best campaign came during the 2017 season, when he registered nine catches for 193 yards and three touchdowns (all career-best marks) to help lead the Spartans to a PAC Championship and the second round of the NCAA playoffs. After his senior campaign, he opted to return to the team for a fifth season, while working towards his Masters's in Finance. Selected as a captain for the 2018 season, he opened the campaign with six catches against Rochester but suffered an injury that brought his season and career to an early end. Orsini was the recipient of the PAC Scholar-Athlete Award for CWRU in 2019 and was named to the PAC Sportsmanship Team as a senior while claiming multiple UAA All-Academic honors over his career.

Orsini played high school football for Upper St. Clair in Pittsburgh for head coach Jim Render on a nationally ranked team. He was awarded the TJ White Scholarship upon his graduation.

Orsini received his undergraduate degree in Finance from CWRU in 2018 and received his Masters in Finance in May of 2019. He is currently an analyst for Hawthorn - PNC Family Wealth in Downtown Cleveland.
