Appeared in 17 games off the bench for the Spartans during her first season of college basketball, averaging 6.4 minutes per game… Averaged 1.8 points with 1.1 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game… Added three steals during the year… Shot 45.8% (11-24) from the floor and made 69.2% (9-13) of her free throw attempts… Scored a season-high six points against Thiel on November 22 and Geneva on January 3… Also had a season-best two steals in a season-high 16 minutes against Thiel… Notched a season-best three rebounds on three occasions.

Attended the University High School Academy and played basketball for four years for Southfield A&T High School, serving as a co-captain all four years… Coached by Shaqutia Coltrane and Brian Morison… Earned an honorable mention to the All-State team as a senior… Named to the All-Oakland Athletic Association Team as both a junior and a senior… Was her high school’s valedictorian.

Born July 24… The daughter of Chris and Marie… Her father was an offensive lineman for the Kansas football team from 1991-96 and went on to be drafted by the Denver Broncos in the seventh round of the 1996 NFL Draft… Minoring in Africana studies.
