The 15th-ranked Case Western Reserve University women's tennis team fell 4-1 to eighth-ranked Emory University in the University Athletic Association Women's Tennis Quarterfinal on Friday morning at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
The Spartans, who dropped to 10-6 in dual matches, will face eighth-seeded Rochester in the consolation semifinal on Saturday. The Eagles, who improved to 12-5 this season, will face top-seeded WashU in the championship semifinal.
