Strength & Conditioning


Case Western Reserve University’s Strength and Conditioning program designs and implements training for all of the University’s 19 Varsity Sports. Workouts are provided throughout the academic year as well as for the summer off-season months. The program employs four coaches who are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (C.S.C.S) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a number of student-assistants. Our coaches can provide direct supervision and instruction to Varsity Athletes whenever they conduct workouts, whether in-season or "out-of-season.”
