Crowley was named the UAA Rookie of the Year following his performance at the conference championship meet on Saturday afternoon at Highland Park in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Crowley was the top finishing first-year runner, placing 23rd overall and second among Spartan competitors in the race. He completed the 8K course in a career-best time of 25:12.6, a 10-second improvement on his previous best mark. He became just the third CWRU runner ever to be named the UAA Rookie of the Year, joining former Spartans Aaron Johnston-Peck (2003) and Jack Begley (2019). Crowley helped the Spartans place sixth out of eight teams at the meet.
