Iagnemma was the top finisher for the Spartans at the 2024 University Athletic Association Championship on Saturday morning at Highland Park in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Iagnemma recorded her fastest 6K time of the season, completing the course in a time of 21:38.5. She placed sixth overall out of 72 total runners to claim All-UAA honors for the second-straight year, earning a spot on the First Team for the first time in her career. Iagnemma's performance helped the Spartans place sixth out of eight teams at the UAA Championship.
