Miskey allowed just one earned run in 10 innings during the 10th-ranked Spartans' four-game sweep of Brandeis in Waltham, Massachusetts. Miskey struck out 16 batters in her 10 innings of work (11.2 per 7 innings), limiting batters to just five hits (.139 batting average against) and two walks. She picked up two wins in three appearances and had an earned run average of 0.70. In the first game of the series, Miskey allowed one hit in four shutout innings, striking out six batters to reach 500 for her career. She earned her 54th career win to break a tie with former Spartan Annie Wennerberg for the program wins record. The following day, she threw two scoreless innings in the circle with three strikeouts, and in the series finale on Sunday, Miskey allowed just one run in four innings while striking out seven, picking up the win in relief. This season, she is 16-3 with a 1.86 ERA and 144 strikeouts in 109 and one-third innings. CWRU improved to 28-5 overall and 13-3 in conference play, leading the UAA by one game with four contests remaining.
