Rieger led the Spartan offense during the 13th-ranked team's 4-1 weekend at the 2024 NFCA Division III Leadoff Classic in Columbus, Georgia. Rieger went five-for-12 (.417 average) over the five games, with every hit going for extra bases. She slugged two home runs and three doubles, drove in four runs, walked three times, stole a pair of bases, and scored six runs. In the first contest, a 5-0 win over Mary Hardin-Baylor, she hit two doubles, stole a base, and scored a run. The following game, she doubled home a run and scored the game-tying run in a 4-2 win over ninth-ranked Virginia Wesleyan. On Sunday, Rieger had her first career multi-homer game, driving in three runs with two long balls in a 7-1 win over DePauw. She ended the weekend with a three-walk, two-run performance in a 9-0 five-inning win over Wartburg. This season, Rieger maintains a .417 batting average, .533 on-base percentage, and 1.167 slugging percentage. The Spartans started the season with a 4-1 record.
