Mitchell recorded career-highs with 27 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Spartans to a 63-52 win over Carnegie Mellon University in the team's season finale on Saturday at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland. Mitchell made a career-high 11 shots on 17 attempts, including a career-best three three-point shots on six attempts. She also finished the game with five steals and a block. It was the first double-double of the season for Mitchell and the third of her career, each of which has come against Carnegie Mellon. She ended the season averaging 11.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while also leading all CWRU players with 41 steals.
