Meng earned two All-University Athletic Association honors at the 2024 UAA Swimming and Diving Championships held at the Ratner Athletic Center in Chicago last week becoming the first member of the men's swimming and diving team to earn multiple all-conference honors at the same championship since Oliver Hudgins in 2017. His first All-UAA honor came from a second-place finish in the 400 IM on Friday, completing the race in a school record time of 3:53.90. Meng bested his previous school record set in the prelims of the meet of 3:53.99. The next day, Meng placed third in the 1650 Free with a time of 15:39.10 to earn his second All-UAA honor. He started the race with a 9:27.83 mark in the 1000 Free, besting his program record of 9:28.77 from last fall at that distance. Later that night, Meng helped the Spartan 400 Free Relay set a school record with a time of 3:01.39 and finish sixth. On Thursday, Meng broke his own record in the 200 IM with a time of 1:48.96 in the prelims, eventually placing seventh in the event, and on Wednesday night, he contributed to a record-setting time of 6:42.10 in the 800 Free Relay. Overall, CWRU placed sixth in the conference standings with 812.5 points.
