Montgomery led the Spartans with 15 points during the team's 52-51 loss at Denison on Saturday afternoon. Montgomery shot seven-of-17 from the floor, including one-of-three from three-point range, while adding nine rebounds, two blocks, and three steals. The 15 points marked her season high, while the three steals matched her career best. Montgomery has averaged 8.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per game this season. The Spartans stand at 5-4 overall during the 2023-24 campaign.
