Ngo helped lead the Spartans to a third place finish at the 2023 University Athletic Association Championship over the weekend at the Woodruff P.E. Center in Atlanta, the team's best conference finish since 2015. Ngo led the Spartan attack with 33 kills (3.00 per set) and a .214 hitting percentage, had a team-high 18 total blocks (1.64 per set), added 14 digs (1.27 per set), and contributed two service aces. In a three-set win over ninth-ranked and third-seeded WashU, she had seven kills, five blocks, and two digs. After adding 10 kills, eight digs, and a career-high 10 blocks in a loss to seventh-ranked and second-seeded NYU, Ngo ended the weekend with a 16-kill performance in a five-set win over Chicago in the Third-Place Match. This season, the senior middle blocker averaged 3.30 kills per set, the fourth highest rate in the association, with a career-high .323 attacking percentage, second-best in the UAA. In addition, she was second in the conference with 120 total blocks (1.29 per set) and contributed 0.84 digs and 0.18 service aces per set. The Spartans ended the regular season with a record of 22-8, matching the team's win total from 2022.
